GEOASSET company, as operator of the exploitation license of the resources/reserves of the dolomitic limestone with brucit from the Valea Mare - Budureasa perimeter, propose a development through mining activities by daily mining works, graunolometry preparation, thermal processing and extractive metallurgical operations and purification, in order to obtain metallic magnesium and mineral binders.

       The exploitation area is located on the Budureasa locality territory (Bihor), beeing situated about 2,5 km North East from the village residence and at 18 km North Vest from Beius.

       Geographically, the deposit is situated in the North-West side of the Bihor mountains, in the basin of Valea Mare, the right affluent of the Crisul Negru river.

       The mining works will take place during the validity period of the exploitation license which is for 20 years and can be extended with successive periods of 5 years.

       The documentation on design and development of the industrial complex have been developed by the research institutes/companies projects with proven experience from Romania and abroad.

       At the industrial entity contour Valea Mare –Budureasa Complex, have been taken into the main consideration the spatial delimitation of geologic reserves and the optimal location of industrial and social-administratives objectives like: quarry, graunolometry equipment preparation, equipment for thermal processing, equipment of extracting and refining metallurgy, electromechanical workshops of repairing and maintenance, warehouse of finished products, electric transformer station, electrical distribution networks of electricity, a network of natural gas supply, ways of communication and access, department of car moving, etc.
