The strategic objective of the company is to build and to launch the operational phase of the project in the investment Magnesium Complex Valea Mare - Budureasa.

       This industry is unique in Romania and in the European Union by the fact that the target which will be carrie out (metallic magnesium and organic mineral binders) at the present time aren’t produced by any Community State.

       The Magnesium Complex Valea Mare - Budureasa will represent the only industrial producer of magnesium entity from the European Union .

       The objective will be carried out in full compliance with the mandatory measures stemming from the report of the European Commission - European industry needs raw materials ”criticals”(17.06.2010).

       MAGNESIUM COMPLEX VALEA MARE – BUDUREASA - the investment project comprises three distinct industrial entities:

    I. The industrial access road (making the connection between careers and industrial platform with detouring of residential area);

   II. Mining exploitation by open mining works (quarry);

  III. The industrial platform (processing sections, auxiliary sections, warehouses and dispatch of finished products, administrative - management area, etc.).
